The birthstone for February, the Amethyst, shown here in a gorgeous deep purple shade is a meditative and calming stone which works in the emotional, spiritual, and physical planes to promote calm, balance, and peace.

Amethyst is also the gemstone for the 6th Wedding Anniversary. 

Each birthstone is 3mm in diameter and is set into a charm with beaded detail measuring 7mm in diameter. These charms can be attached to necklaces, bracelets and drop earrings (as shown in the additional images) and are supplied with a 5mm 9ct gold Jump-ring.
